Refund & Return Policy

At AnimePillow.Store, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with our original artist-owned designs. Because our products (160cm Dakimakura cases) are personal bedding items and are often printed-to-order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items Only

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or slight color variations (which are normal due to the digital sublimation printing process).

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Hygiene & Sanitary Standards

Due to the intimate nature of body pillowcases, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been removed from its original sealed packaging unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. This ensures the health and safety of all customers.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@animepillow.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the defect or error

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a prepaid shipping label (at no cost to you).

4. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges (Replacements)

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Contact us at info@animepillow.store with photos of the issue.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after the item has been shipped
• Slight color variation from monitor display
• Ordering the wrong size (standard size is 160cm x 50cm)
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use/washing
