Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal — Log in to your PayPal account or pay as a guest using your credit or debit card via PayPal's secure checkout.
  • Credit Cards — We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely via SSL technology. We do not store your card information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions on AnimePillow Store are protected by SSL encryption. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed immediately at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully completed.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed within 5–15 business days. During peak seasons or major sales events, processing may take up to 20 business days.

How long does shipping take?

  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe / UK: 7–15 business days
  • Asia / Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Will my package be discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names, character names, or sensitive descriptions will appear on the outside of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@animepillow.store.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Products

What size are your dakimakura pillowcases?

Our standard size is 160cm x 50cm unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please verify your inner pillow size before ordering.

What fabric do you use?

We primarily use 2-Way Tricot (2WT) fabric, known for its silky texture, skin-friendly elasticity, and excellent color retention. Some products are also available in Peach Skin fabric.
