At AP store, we care deeply about the health, safety, and satisfaction of our community. Because our anime dakimakura pillowcases (160cm) are customized printed-to-order and serve as personal intimate bedding items, we adhere to strict hygiene and sanitary standards.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, please note that our anime dakimakura pillowcases are custom printed-to-order products made to your personal specifications. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be produced specifically for you, and that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

1. Return Window

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@animepillow.store. Production typically begins within 12 hours to 3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible as your item is being custom manufactured specifically for you.

EU customers wishing to exercise cancellation rights must do so within this 12-hour window, before production commences.

3. Product Nature

Our anime dakimakura pillowcases are printed-to-order products, with each item produced exclusively based on the design selected by the customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for non-quality reasons cannot be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are printed-to-order personal bedding items, we do not support returns for:

• A change of mind
• Purchasing a wrong size
• Minor color variations that naturally occur during the digital sublimation printing process

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at info@animepillow.store within 30 days of receiving your package. Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showcasing the defect or shipping error

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

6. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
